Return & Refund Policy

At Glampixie, we want you to love every beauty product you receive. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a fair experience for everyone.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unused, unopened, and unwashed.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us first at support@glampixie.com.

Please note:

  • Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on the shipping label. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions via email.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

For damaged items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging in your email to help us quickly process your claim.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as beauty products that are opened or used for hygiene reasons).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Items marked as final sale or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund was approved.

If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@glampixie.com.
