1. PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING FEE

Each order undergoes a careful quality review before shipping.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, quality inspection, and packaging.
  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or special promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Shipping Fee: We offer Standard Shipping for a flat rate of $5.99 (worldwide).

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

As our products are shipped from global partner facilities, delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location:

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created. If tracking does not show immediate movement, don’t worry — your order is on its way!

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Glampixie is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We prepare and ship orders quickly. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@glampixie.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once processing has started, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us clear photos within 72 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement as soon as possible.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Glampixie is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows “Delivered.” If your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors and contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
